As some of you may know, it has been suggested that it might be useful to keep, "a Production Diary," for the proect as it goes on, for a number of reasons...(see various threads, namely the God Editor communion one)...anyway, I agreed to keep it, and this is where I'll do it. Every time something noteworthy happens, I'll stick it down here, and depending on what happens, we may end up submitting a cleaned up set of entries either before, or alongside our DM submissions...people should, of course, make suggestions if they feel I've missed anything...
Anyway, I'm off to go and gather back material now....which I'll post when I've found it...
EDIT: Here we go...
15/1/2007: The idea of a comunally designed adventurescape is first suggested on the Conclave. Great interest is shown quickly, with over twenty replies within the next 24 hours.
30/1/2007: Interest has continued, and a number of basic concepts arer explored on the Conclave. The Planet Design Forum is set up to cope with what will obviously be a big project, and is shortly afterwards organised into four different boards: A General Board, the Planet Wide Matters Board, the Continent Board and the Oceans Board. Discussion begins with discussions on what the hell we were going to call the planet, shortly followed by ones on the continental tribes, on who runs the planet and the appearance of the hive bergs, as well as a number of administrative threads.
31/1/2007: The System Board is opened. Discussions begin around a name focused on the figure, "St. Martius," begin, along with ones on the Origins of our world, the System in general and the Escaped Slaves Concept.
1/2/2007: Discussions begin on the Resource and the Ghost Berg. First communion with the God Editor takes place.
2/2/2007: Discussions begin on a concept global map and pirates.
3/2/2007: A Provisional Timeline is agreed on.
4/2/2007: Discussions on hive berg size and the Capital begin.
5/2/2007: The Production Diary is first posted.
There, entries up until today done! Have I missed anything?
